Citygate Colindale

At Citygate Colindale we are continuously looking to improve our customer service, and in response to this we have incorporated a café style waiting area. At weekends we have introduced a ‘meet and greet’ service to ensure customers are dealt with as swiftly as possible during our busiest time of the week.

 

Our team of experienced sales executives and skilled technicians are dedicated to offering reliable and professional advice. Taking the needs of our customers that little further, at Citygate Colindale we have introduced a ‘drop-off service’ to the local train and underground stations. One of the team will happily drop off customers to their place of work if located in the vicinity. This service is offered prior to arrangement.

 

Citygate Colindale Service Centre – Capitol Way is now open. Citygate Colindale will be combining its passenger and commercial vehicle after sales into a fantastic new after sales centre. As part of Citygate’s drive to provide an outstanding customer experience, the Colindale site will be enhanced with a fantastic new after sales facility. The new facility will offer extended opening times (6.00am to 10.00pm weekdays, 8.00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays and 10.00am to 4:00pm on Sundays), 20 workshop bays, MOT, service while you wait, and a state of the art functional lounge area with wireless broadband and plasma TVs.
