Citygate are an established and thriving Volkswagen Retail Group with an expansive market territory in North West London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager

The successful candidate will be required to manage a team of 25 people whilst driving business through a busy 15 bay workshop. You must be a confident and ambitious leader with the focus and ability to motivate people to deliver exceptional levels of customer care and profitability. You will be required to control and drive forward all aspects of a busy service department as well as being responsible for upholding Volkswagen brand values.
