£18k pa plus bonus

At Citygate Volkswagen, we pride ourselves on our professionalism, and our commitment to the continual improvement of the service we offer our customers, therefore we are recruiting for our increasingly busy Aftersales departmentin Little Chalfont.

This role will require you to meet and welcome all customers on arrival to the Aftersales reception and ensure that their time with us is a hospitable and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a confident outgoing personality in order to manage and control a busy area. You must be committed to providing the highest levels of customer care.  The hours of work are 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
